Melivn is the DEFINITION of a traditional lhasa apso. He is quirky, can go from totally fine to angry in .2 seconds, but is also the most lovable guy. He is a grouchy old man who knows what he wants, a nice warm bed to lay on, and to be left alone. He doesn't like all of that petting nonsense, only when its his idea. If he is sleeping soundly on his blanket, he wants to stay that way. He does have a bite history. He sounds vicious when he reacts to dogs on a leash. Melvin needs someone that is willing to have the patience to learn to speak his language and respect his cues.
